Spain vs Sweden

Tips: Over 2.5 goals, Both teams to score

A covid-19 hit Spanish team opens its Euro 2020 campaign. Influential players like Sergio Busquets and Diego Llorente are out and we expect to see a much changed Spanish line-up. Spain has won four of their last six matches in a run of games that have seen both teams’ score in five of their last seven matches. Sweden could pull off an upset as they have the better run of form here. They’ve won five of their last six games and have scored in each of their last seven matches. Sweden’s away trips haven’t been all rosy and nine of their last 11 away games have seen at least three goals scored.

Scotland vs Czech Republic

Tips: Scotland Double Chance, Under 2.5 goals

Scotland is unbeaten at home since September 2019 and has gone on to win five of their last eight home matches. They also picked up an impressive draw against a fluttering Dutch team and beat their opponent 1-0 last time they met. Czech Republic has been impressive on home soil but gets flatfooted when on away duty. They’ve lost three of their last five away games by small margins and could come up short against the scots that have an impressive home run. We expect few goals in this match up and banking on the home team is a more likely outcome.

Poland vs Slovakia

Tips: Under 2.5 goals, Poland Double Chance

This is a match-up of teams with nearly identical run of form. Poland has won just one in their last six games but have an impressive goal haul of eleven from them. To add to that, prolific striker Robert Lewandowski is a good record breaking scoring form and could be the key to a resurrection of form for the polish team. Slovakia haven’t fared better either, winning one out of a possible six. Although the Slovakian team has failed to score in three of their last six games, they have a steady backline which has made it a tough job to break them.  Banking on few goals seems a smart bet.
