Wales vs Switzerland

Tips: Switzerland Double Chance, Under 3.5 goals

Switzerland will be counting on their experience at major tournaments to pull off a win over Wales. The Swiss have won their last five matches as they head in to Euro 2020 in fine form and have scored twelve goals in their last three games. Wales on the other hand have been relatively inconsistent in their tournament build up but have won three of their last six games ahead of the tournament. A slender victory for Switzerland seems likely.

Denmark vs Finland

Tips: Denmark to win, Over 1.5 goals

Denmark may well be the dark horses of Euro 2020. The Danes are on a fine run of form and they have all their star players ready for action. Denmark are heavily favoured thanks to the form which has seen four wins from their last six games, two goals per game in nine of their last 11 and five clean sheets in their last six home games. Finland on the other hand have one of the poorest records heading into the Euros. They’ve lost four of their last six matches, drawing two. In addition the team’s most prolific striker Teemu Pukki is just recovering fitness after an injury.

Belgium vs Russia

Tips: Belgium to win, Both teams to score, Over 2.5 goals

Euro 2020 might be the last opportunity for Belgium’s golden generation to pick up silverware. They face Russia whom they defeated twice during qualification in this opener and are heavily favoured to win. Russia will surely be counting on home advantage to give themselves a chance against the in-form Belgium team. The Belgians have won seven of their last nine matches and are prolific at scoring goals and Russia tend to score against the Belgians. Goals from both teams seems likely.
